More new patients, with lower advertising spend

September recorded 75 new patients, compared with 56 in August and 64 in September 2025. Combined advertising spend fell 15.9% to $8,396.20. Patient growth, lower Meta lead costs and room to improve call handling

Build on patient growth and advertising results while improving call handling and enquiry follow-up.

Patient growth strengthened

September’s 75 new patients were 17.2% above the same month last year. January–September reached 651, up 40.3% from 464 in 2025. September strengthened the clinic’s year-to-date growth after the quieter July and August results.

Google Ads recorded 104 conversions

Google Ads recorded 104 conversions at $37.35 each, with spend down 26.0% from August. Average cost per click also fell, from $1.89 to $1.67. Delivery slowed sharply late in September, making campaign continuity a priority for the next month.

Meta maintained leads more efficiently

The Lead Campaign maintained 53 leads while reducing cost per lead by 4.7% to $73.18. Dr. Michael Wu’s dental implant explainer generated 52 of those leads, providing a strong direction for new creative variations.

Follow-up is the main opportunity to progress enquiries

Facebook Ads contributed more than two-thirds of pipeline leads. Of the 76 September enquiries, 54 were in follow-up stages and 15 remained at New Lead as of November 8. Prioritising unresolved enquiries will help the team identify who is ready to book and who needs more information.

Seven enquiries were marked Not Interested. Confirm any outstanding booking outcomes and close enquiries that are no longer progressing, so reception can focus follow-up on people who still need assistance.

Improve the chance of connecting on the first call

Inbound calls fell from 70 in August to 34 in September. Fourteen calls were missed or went to voicemail, making prompt callbacks a priority. Review phone coverage at those times and confirm that each outstanding enquiry received a response.

Google Ads generated all 34 tracked inbound calls. Prompt answers and timely callbacks give the clinic more opportunities to turn this advertising-generated demand into appointments.

104 reported conversions at $37.35 each

Lower click costs, with delivery slowing late in the month

Google Ads spend fell 26.0% from August, while clicks fell 16.2%. Average cost per click improved from $1.89 to $1.67, and September recorded 104 conversions at $37.35 each.

Performance Max generated 2,263 clicks at $1.29 each, while Search generated 69 clicks at $13.85 each. Performance Max generated 97.0% of Google Ads clicks. Search’s higher click cost makes the quality of the resulting enquiries particularly important when deciding where to invest.

Ad delivery dropped sharply late in September. Investigating that slowdown is the immediate priority, followed by targeted budget and ad tests to maintain consistent delivery and support more enquiries.

08

The same lead volume at a lower cost

Meta generated 53 leads from $4,511.38 in total spend. The Lead Campaign cost $73.18 per lead, while the Awareness Campaign delivered website visits at approximately $0.44 per landing-page view.

Creative performance

Dental implant explainer led enquiries

“What are Dental Implants” with Dr. Michael Wu generated 52 of 53 leads at $71.16 each, using 95.4% of Lead Campaign spend. “How Long Do Dental Implants Last” generated the remaining lead. The other ads received too little delivery to establish a clear performance trend.

A strong awareness message to test further

“You might be tired of fixing the same tooth” generated 161 landing-page views at approximately $0.29 each and a 4.24% link CTR. Its $46.07 spend makes this an encouraging early result worth testing with a modest budget increase.

Maintain lead efficiency while testing fresh variations

The Lead Campaign maintained 53 leads while spending 4.7% less than August. The implant explainer accounted for almost all results, so the next creative tests should build on its topic and presenter with fresh openings and patient questions.

Awareness delivered 1,431 landing-page views, down 15.0% from August, at approximately $0.44 each versus $0.39. Link CTR declined across both campaigns. Refreshing the opening messages and visuals is a practical next test to improve engagement and bring more visitors to the website.

09

Approximately 5,170 website visitors

Website visitors declined approximately 22.0% from August. Paid traffic and Facebook remained the largest sources.

Traffic declined across the largest channels

Paid traffic fell from approximately 2,340 to 1,920 visitors, Facebook from 1,750 to 1,430 and direct visits from 1,530 to 880. Direct traffic showed the largest absolute fall. Organic visitors declined 9.6%, from 706 to 638.

Paid traffic and Facebook accounted for approximately 65% of visitors, making consistent advertising delivery important to website traffic. Alongside the campaign review, check mobile landing pages and enquiry forms for friction that could discourage visitors from making contact.

10

Campaign landing pages

The campaigns used dedicated landing pages for Google Search, Performance Max, Invisalign and smile makeover enquiries.

11

September’s key wins

Patient growth and sustained Meta lead volume were the strongest positive results.

75 new patients

September exceeded both August’s 56 and last September’s 64. Year-to-date new patients reached 651, maintaining a strong lead over 2025.

53 Meta leads at lower spend

The Lead Campaign held lead volume steady while reducing cost per lead to $73.18. This is a 4.7% improvement from August’s $76.76.

A clear creative direction

Dr. Michael Wu’s implant explainer generated 52 leads. New variations can build on its dental implant topic and clinician-led explanation.

Build on the strongest Meta creative

Develop a small set of variations around Dr. Michael Wu’s implant explainer and compare their cost per lead with September’s $73.18. Test the strongest awareness message with a modest budget increase, aiming to improve on the campaign’s $0.44 cost per landing-page view.
