The enquiry pipeline contains 76 leads: 52 from Facebook Ads, 13 from the website and 11 from Google Ads. Google Ads and website leads totalled 24, down from 32 in August.
Facebook Ads contributed more than two-thirds of pipeline leads. Of the 76 September enquiries, 54 were in follow-up stages and 15 remained at New Lead as of November 8. Prioritising unresolved enquiries will help the team identify who is ready to book and who needs more information.
Seven enquiries were marked Not Interested. Confirm any outstanding booking outcomes and close enquiries that are no longer progressing, so reception can focus follow-up on people who still need assistance.
All 34 tracked inbound calls in September came from Google Ads and represented 26 unique callers. A further 68 outbound calls brought total call activity to 102.

“What are Dental Implants” with Dr. Michael Wu generated 52 of 53 leads at $71.16 each, using 95.4% of Lead Campaign spend. “How Long Do Dental Implants Last” generated the remaining lead. The other ads received too little delivery to establish a clear performance trend.
“You might be tired of fixing the same tooth” generated 161 landing-page views at approximately $0.29 each and a 4.24% link CTR. Its $46.07 spend makes this an encouraging early result worth testing with a modest budget increase.
The Lead Campaign maintained 53 leads while spending 4.7% less than August. The implant explainer accounted for almost all results, so the next creative tests should build on its topic and presenter with fresh openings and patient questions.
Awareness delivered 1,431 landing-page views, down 15.0% from August, at approximately $0.44 each versus $0.39. Link CTR declined across both campaigns. Refreshing the opening messages and visuals is a practical next test to improve engagement and bring more visitors to the website.
Website visitors declined approximately 22.0% from August. Paid traffic and Facebook remained the largest sources.
Compared with August’s approximately 6,630 visitors.
Paid traffic fell from approximately 2,340 to 1,920 visitors, Facebook from 1,750 to 1,430 and direct visits from 1,530 to 880. Direct traffic showed the largest absolute fall. Organic visitors declined 9.6%, from 706 to 638.
Paid traffic and Facebook accounted for approximately 65% of visitors, making consistent advertising delivery important to website traffic. Alongside the campaign review, check mobile landing pages and enquiry forms for friction that could discourage visitors from making contact.
